At the Ontario SPCA we are celebrating 150 years of helping animals in need, and what better way to celebrate than by getting our sweat on! Sweat for Pets is all about getting active for animals in need, so this year we want you to show us your 150 inspired challenges! Below are just a few ideas to get you moving. Ready, set, go!

150 minutes!
Practice 150 minutes of exercise every week of the Sweat for Pets campaign! That’s 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week!


Hop Like a Bunny!
Show us your 150 by hopping like a bunny and doing 150 jumping jacks, 150 jump rope reps, or 150 jumping squats

Get your wheels turning like a hamster!
Cycle or stationary cycle 150 kms over the duration of sweat for pets

Feline fast!
Run, jog or walk 150 kms during the sweat for pets campaign!

Downward with your dog!
Practice yoga with your furry-friend 15 times during your sweat for pets fundraiser

Dog food deadlift!
Build your strength with a dog-food dead lift! This can be 15lb bags, 50lb bags or for advanced weight lifters, 150lb bags!
