Join the Ontario SPCA Leeds & Grenville Animal Centre for their Annual Polar Bear Plunge on April 22nd, 2018!

How to Register

• The registration fee for this event is $25.00.
• You can either pay online or pay at the registration desk at the event. 
• Registration will open at 12:30pm and will take place at Dive Brockville Adventure Centre.
• Dive Brockville Adventure Centre is located at: 12 Water St E, Brockville, ON K6V 1A1.

Donations

• If you wish to raise additional funds for this event and will be collecting donations, please use this pledge form to do so.
• All donations must be handed in on event day at the registration desk with your pledge form.
• For additional information, please find further instructions on the pledge form. 

The Plunge

• Divers will make their way over to Centeen Park after registration - please arrive there for 1:45pm.
• The plunge will take place at 2:00pm and will happen until approximately 3:00pm.

Refreshments

• Refreshments and socializing will take place back at Dive Brockville Adventure Centre after the plunge until around 3:30pm.
